OPERATOR REPLACEMENT . . .
| I use half-horsepower, Pro Lift-Master chain-driven or belt-driven operators. They come with a manufacturer's lifetime warranty on the motor. I personally offer a one-year warranty on the installation and operator, as well as on parts and labor. Before installing a new operator, I perform a complete maintenance of your door. |
Installing Operators:- Single Door: $410
- Double Door: $445
Note: Same operator, 2 remotes on a double door.
| The cost of parts needed in repair or modification of your door(s) is extra. Any electrical work needed or installation on a concrete ceiling is also extra. |

WARRANTIES . . .
- Springs: 5-year prorated warranty
Good, quality springs should last between 8-12 years, depending on usage. - Repair: 90-day warranty on parts and labor
- Installation: 1-year warranty on parts and labor, plus manufacturers' warranties

A garage door needs to be adjusted and balanced properly, using the correct springs for the weight of the door. Improperly serviced doors can be hazardous.
