ABOUT ED BILLHIMER . . .

I was born and bred in the Maryland/Washington area and have worked in the garage-door business since 1968. For a number of years, I worked as a lead door mechanic for METRO, being responsible for the proper working operation of all doors in the bus and rail systems. I have worked in Kensington for Marks & Company, and more recently, for Garage Door Specialists. I was a principal and the main mechanic of Garage Door Specialists.

Many of you will actually recognize me and/or my truck. I enjoy what I do, and I enjoy meeting and talking with many different people. When you call, you can often reach me directly. Sometimes you will speak with my wife, Ginny, and possibly my children from time to time, but I will always get the message.
